中国输美番茄、辣椒种子植检证书附加声明最新要求

2026年5月11日，据标法中心SPS研究部消息，依据美国农业部动植物卫生检验局（APHIS）联邦公报DA-2024-21要求，中国输往美国的番茄种子、辣椒种子，随附植物检疫证书上的附加声明，必须严格按照官方标准文本填写。

具体标准附加声明如下：

1. 货物仅为番茄种子

A representative sample of the Solanum lycopersicum seed lot has been tested and found free of Tomato brown rugose fruit virus.

2. 货物仅为辣椒种子

A representative sample of the Capsicum spp. seed lot has been tested and found free of Tomato brown rugose fruit virus.

3. 货物同时含番茄种子与辣椒种子

A representative sample of the Solanum lycopersicum and Capsicum spp. seed lots has been tested and found free of Tomato brown rugose fruit virus.

新规实施时间：自2026年6月1日起，若相关产品的植检证书附加声明未按上述要求规范书写，对应的番茄、辣椒种子将被美国方面拒绝入境。请相关出口企业、种植及贸易单位提前做好单证准备，确保通关顺畅。

本次要求针对番茄褐色皱果病毒（ToBRFV） 检测结果的官方声明表述，是输美种子通关的关键审核项。
