2026年7月，沙特阿拉伯标准组织 SASO（Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization）发布通知，宣布SABER平台将在该通知发布日期（2026年7月20日）的30天内更新部分产品的监管要求。自生效之日起，相关产品将新增纳入技术法规（Technical Regulations）管控范围，部分产品还将被要求取得沙特质量标志SQM（Saudi Quality Mark）后方可进入沙特市场。
此次新增管控要求的包含涂料、机械、建材等产品，HS CODE可参考如下：
