2025年4月14日，欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)批准了EN 17826:2025《儿童护理用品 - 化学危害 - 要求》 (Child care articles - Chemical hazards - Requirements)。标准文本将于近期发布。

根据其标准草案FprEN 17826:2025，该标准拟管控14类儿童护理产品中的7类化学物质：19项元素迁移、3项阻燃剂含量(TCEP、TCPP、TDCP)、苯胺、129项致敏香料含量、甲醛含量、7项多环芳烃(PAHs)，以及甲酰胺含量和释放量。

• 安全围栏(Safety barriers)

• 床护栏(Bedguards)

• 婴儿背带和儿童背带(Baby carriers and child carriers)

• 婴儿车(Pushchairs and prams)

• 手提婴儿床及支架(Carry cots, baby nests and carry cot stands)

• 浴盆和洗澡用具(Bath tubs and bathing aids)

• 摇篮和婴儿秋千(Reclined cradles and infant swings)

• 椅上座椅(Chair mounted seats)

• 桌边座椅(Table mounted chairs)

• 自行车儿童座椅(Childs seats for bicycle)

• 婴儿摇椅(Baby bouncers)

• 儿童安全带和缰绳(Children's harnesses and reins)

• 婴儿学步车(Baby walking frames)

• 换衣台(Changing units)

标准拟不适用于其他儿童家具、高脚椅(highchairs)、烹饪学习台(learning towers)、安抚奶嘴(soothers)、安抚奶嘴固定器(soother holders)、儿童饮用设备(drinking equipment)、儿童餐具和喂食器具(cutlery and feeding utensils)。

最终具体的适用产品范围和化学物质，以正式发布的标准文本为准。
